It seems someone has taken a shine to Eutelsat Communications, perhaps buoyed by the copious amounts of guaranteed cash that the FSS industry can throw off each year. On Nov 20 Eutelsat said their Board had received formal notification about a possible share transaction that could affect its shareholder structure.
